Look under the hood of a 2025+ BMW M5 (G90) and you'll find a twin-turbo S68 V8 sharing an already-tight engine bay with hybrid hardware, inverters, cooling circuits and electronics. Every one of those systems produces heat — and the factory intake piping sits right in the middle of it.

Plastic intake tubes are molded to a cost target, not a performance one. Under constant heat cycling they harden, they crack at stress points, and under boost they can flex and distort. A reinforced silicone intake kit solves all of that at once — and it does it on a car where airflow, heat management and reliability all matter more than usual.

Every intake upgrade starts with the same problem: heat. The 2025+ M5 (G90 sedan / G99 touring) packs a twin-turbo S68 V8, electric drive hardware, cooling systems and electronics into a space that gets brutally hot under load. Air drawn from inside that bay is air that's already lost density — and lost density means lost power.

That's the idea behind Fupower's newly developed titanium front mount intake for the G90/G99: relocate the intake to the front of the car, where airflow is coolest, and build it from titanium — a material that's light, heat-resistant, and doesn't hold onto engine-bay temperature the way plastic and steel do.

The F80-generation M3 and M4 defined an era — and at the heart of each one sits the S55, a twin-turbo inline-six with serious character. But between the turbos and the tailpipes, the factory mid section does what factory mid sections always do: it smooths out the pulse, muffles the voice, and adds weight while it's at it.

The Fupower equal length Z-style midpipe changes that equation. Equal-length runners, Z-style routing, and SS304 stainless steel construction — precision-built to let the S55 speak with the clear, even inline-six voice it was born with.

Engineered for the **2021+ BMW G80 M3, G82 M4 with S58 3.0L turbo engine**, our Equal‑Length Z‑Style Midpipe unlocks true exhaust performance while refining the factory exhaust tone. The stock mid‑section suffers from uneven exhaust gas pulses between cylinder banks, causing inconsistent scavenging, turbo lag and harsh exhaust notes under heavy acceleration. Our newly developed Z‑style equal‑length midpipe fixes these factory limitations with precision‑engineered geometry.
