The 2025+ M5 (G90 sedan / G99 touring) packs a twin-turbo S68 V8, electric drive hardware, cooling systems and electronics into a space that gets brutally hot under load. Air drawn from inside that bay is air that's already lost density — and lost density means lost power.

That's the idea behind Fupower's newly developed titanium front mount intake for the G90/G99: relocate the intake to the front of the car, where airflow is coolest, and build it from titanium — a material that's light, heat-resistant, and doesn't hold onto engine-bay temperature the way plastic and steel do.

The stock mid‑section suffers from uneven exhaust gas pulses between cylinder banks, causing inconsistent scavenging, turbo lag and harsh exhaust notes under heavy acceleration. Our newly developed Z‑style equal‑length midpipe fixes these factory limitations with precision‑engineered geometry.
