This is Vlog 10 — the big picture. Today we show you our custom capacity, end to end.

Every custom part starts with a question: will it fit? The drawing says yes. The CAD model says yes. But drawings and models have a way of being wrong by exactly the amount you can't see on a screen.

That's why every custom project at Fupower goes through a full-size 3D printed prototype before a single piece of metal is cut. This is what your custom part looks like before production even begins — and it's the difference between a supplier and an engineering partner.

In the previous frame of this vlog, we showed you the scan. The handheld scanner, the reflective markers, the real-world geometry captured into a digital model. That's the first half of the story.

This is the second half: the 3D printing workshop, where the digital model becomes a physical part you can hold in your hand — and test against the real car.

There's an expensive way to develop a new automotive part, and there's a smart way.

The expensive way: design on paper, cut tooling, run a prototype batch, bolt it on, discover the bend angle is 3 degrees off, redesign, recut tooling, try again. Weeks gone. Money gone.

The smart way starts on a scanning table — and it's how Fupower validates every new project before production.

Every air filter is a sacrificial component. Its job is to trap dirt, dust, and debris before they reach your engine — which means it slowly chokes itself to death doing its job. On a vehicle that works in dusty environments — construction sites, farms, deserts, rally stages, off-road trails — a standard air filter can clog in weeks, not months.
The fix isn't replacing filters constantly. It's the pre-filter cover: a reusable fabric shell that wraps around the filter, catching the bulk of the contamination before it reaches the filter media. Clean the cover, keep the filter. That's the economics of dust protection — and it's one of the things Fupower makes in-house, customized to your project.

A warehouse photo can say more about a manufacturer than a product shot ever could. Walk into most automotive parts suppliers and you'll find a desk, a computer, and a wall of sample boxes that may or may not represent what's actually available. Walk into Fupower and you'll find this: row after row of shelving, stacked with real inventory, wrapped and labeled, under industrial lighting that runs the length of the building.

The man in the frame is standing in the middle of it — not in front of a green screen, not in a rented photo studio. He's holding a phone because in a facility this size, communication runs on mobile. He's wearing a wireless mic because when you run a factory with four production lines under one roof, you're always talking to someone.

When people talk about Fupower, the first thing that comes to mind is usually our fabrication floor — the TIG-welded titanium exhausts, the mirror-polished stainless mufflers, the precision-bent intercooler piping that fits like factory equipment. That reputation is earned, and we stand by it.
