Fupower's 4 specialized manufacturing facilities form a fully integrated production system, covering the entire manufacturing process of performance racing piping and components. With a total production area of 183,067 sq ft, each facility has a clear positioning and professional division of labor, ensuring efficient production, strict quality control and rapid response to customer needs. The detailed introduction of the 4 facilities is as follows

Silicone Tube Production Facility

Covering an area of about 13,000 sq.ft (about 1,000 square meters), it focuses on the production of high-performance silicone tubes for racing vehicles, including turbo silicone hoses, coolant hoses, heater hoses and blow-off valve hoses. Equipped with advanced production equipment, this facility ensures the products have excellent heat resistance, durability and airtightness, meeting the extreme requirements of racing scenarios.

Exhaust Pipe Fabrication Facility

Covering an area of 107,639 sq.ft (about 10,000 square meters), it is specialized in manufacturing metal pipes and components using aluminum, stainless steel and titanium materials. It undertakes the production of exhaust downpipes, intake piping kits, intercooler piping kits, exhaust headers and custom metal parts, with precise processing technology to ensure high precision and structural stability of products.

Carbon Fiber Components Facility

Covering an area of about 26,909 sq.ft (about 2,500 square meters), it is dedicated to the production of carbon fiber pipes and panel components. With professional carbon fiber processing technology, this facility produces lightweight, high-strength carbon fiber products that help reduce vehicle weight and improve racing performance, including custom carbon fiber body panels and piping.

Pre-Filter Production Facility

Covering an area of about 1,076 sq.ft (about 100 square meters), it focuses on the production of custom waterproof air filter pre-filters. This facility adopts strict production standards to ensure the pre-filters have excellent dust-proof and waterproof performance, effectively protecting the engine and extending the service life of air filters for racing vehicles.

These 4 facilities work in close coordination, covering all core product categories of Fupower. From raw material processing to finished product assembly, the integrated production mode eliminates the risks of outsourcing and ensures that every product meets the high standards of the performance racing industry. Together with the 32,291 sq.ft (about 3,000 square meters) warehouse space and 2,152 sq.ft (about 200 square meters) R&D, Sales & Customer Service Office, they form a complete industrial chain with a total area of 183,067 sq.ft, supporting global customers’ customization and mass production needs.
