The stock plastic air intake and small factory intercooler on F85 X5M/F86 X6M easily absorb under-hood heat, causing rising intake temperatures and weak turbo response during repeated full-throttle pulls. This all-in-one flat dry carbon intake and intercooler set solves dual cooling bottlenecks simultaneously.

The intake adopts flat streamlined pre-preg dry carbon fiber molding, with a sealed low-profile airbox that minimizes contact with hot engine components and traps dense cold airflow from the front grille. Built-in oversized flat radial-flow filters expand air intake volume and cut flow resistance sharply. The matched intercooler uses thick bar-plate aluminum core with extended heat exchange area, paired with fully TIG welded anti-leak aluminum end tanks to sustain stable cooling efficiency.

All mounting lugs, sensor ports and silicone transition pipes replicate OEM dimensions perfectly, supporting full bolt-on assembly without bumper or frame cutting. This dual cooling combo works well for stock vehicles and ECU-tuned stage builds, delivering consistent torque output and a distinct sporty induction sound during acceleration.
