The carbon intake does two jobs simultaneously. Functionally, it replaces the restrictive plastic airbox with high-flow cone filters and smooth carbon intake tubes that reduce intake restriction, sharpening throttle response and making the turbo spool faster. Aesthetically, it transforms the engine bay of the five-cylinder Audi -- the carbon weave visible the moment the hood opens, a material statement that matches the engine's motorsport heritage. The autoclave cure process produces uniform wall thickness and zero internal voids, with UV-stabilized clear coat that handles the engine bay heat without yellowing.
Direct bolt-on for all three platforms: the TTRS 8S coupe, the RS3 8V sedan, and the RS3 8Y sedan. The intake architecture is shared across the five-cylinder range with platform-specific mounting points, which our fitment accounts for. Factory sensor provisions. No cutting. No permanent modification. The induction note deepens and sharpens -- the five-cylinder warble becomes audible under acceleration, the turbo spool and diverter valve release cutting through clearly. A titanium alloy version is also available. The same intake architecture also offers the Grade 1 titanium alloy version - the same dual high-flow conical filter layout, the same direct-fit fitment, but with a different material language. The titanium intake manifold body has better thermal insulation performance than the carbon fiber version, maintaining a lower intake temperature in the high-temperature environment around the turbine; in terms of weight, it is comparable to dry carbon, but the surface texture direction is completely different. The body supports three heat coloring processes (natural titanium alloy oxidation coloring, non-coated and non-painted): the color gradually deepens with the heat cycle, and each car is unique. Customers can choose the woven texture of carbon fiber, or the metallic gradient luster of titanium alloy. Two product lines, one mold, one factory.
