Product description
Titanium conducts roughly a fifth of the heat that aluminum does, so the front-mount intake pipes reject radiant heat from the turbos and manifolds instead of soaking it and heating the charge air. The pipes are rigid, so they hold their bore at any boost level the S68 can generate. And they are light -- about 45% lighter than the stainless equivalent, with the weight saving sitting ahead of the front axle, where it matters most on a hybrid that already carries battery mass.

Every pipe is mandrel-bent in Grade 1 titanium, hand TIG-welded with argon back-purge — our factory operates its own liquid argon tanks, so every weld is clean and oxidation-free. Full-length heat shielding mounts are retained. Choose bare titanium or heat-colored baked blue, purple, or gold — the natural oxide finish that forms under controlled heat, unique on every set. Direct bolt-on to the factory mounts on the G90 sedan and G99 Touring, 2025 and newer, no cutting, no modification. Your Spec. Our Factory.
