One detail worth knowing for dealers: this single part covers both fuel systems in this range. The 2017-2019 KTM 250/300 EXC and XC-W, 2017-2018 250 SX/XC and 300 XC, and the Husqvarna TC250, TE250, TE300 and TX300 run carburettors, while the TE250i 2018-2020 and TE300i 2019-2020 are injected -- but the chassis, port geometry, and flange are shared, so the same pipe fits both. No need to identify the fuel system before pulling a part off the shelf.
Product details
Construction is SS304 stainless from formed cone sections, TIG-welded with argon back-purge on every seam, hand-finished flush in the gas path, and pressure-tested before packing. On-site liquid argon storage is why the welds come out clean -- golden bead, burnt blue -- and why a porous internal seam, the fault that quietly kills a chamber's pressure wave, does not get out of the shop. Stainless also means the pipe survives rock strikes and the condensate that collects in the low point of the chamber, which is what rusts a mild steel pipe from the inside on a bike that sits between rides.
