Product description
Fitment covers the 2020-2023 KTM 250/300 XC-W and 250/300 EXC, GASGAS EC200/EC300 2021-2023, and Husqvarna TE250/TE300 2021-2023. It mounts to the factory flange and hanger points with the original springs and O-ring, works with the standard silencer, and requires no cutting or bracket modification. A titanium version is also available for riders chasing weight and a heat-coloured finish. Custom branding, laser-etched logos, and private-label runs to order.

What changes is the material and how it is built. The factory pipe on these bikes is mild steel, and mild steel on a two-stroke lives a hard life: it scales and rusts from the inside out because exhaust condensation sits in the low point of the chamber, it dents the moment a rock or a roost hit lands on the fat section, and once dented, a mild steel pipe tends to stay dented. SS304 stainless resists oxidation far better in that environment, has higher strength so it stands up to impacts that would deform mild steel, and holds its shape instead of taking a permanent set.
