FUPOWER engineers X3/Maverick R track exhausts for repeat thermal load, not static dyno glory—Gr2 titanium or T304 SS​ with dual-side argon back-purged TIG​ (helium-assisted on thin-wall ti), mandrel bends with 0 wall-thinning, and a CFD straight-through core with staged stainless-wool + basalt packing​ that resists packing migration after 30+ hard laps. Chassis interface uses silicone-isolated slip joints and laser-cut bracket lands​ scanned from 3D chassis data, so torsional twist between frame and powertrain is absorbed instead of cracking the downpipe seam. Every system is heat-cycle racked to 800°C peak, pressure-leak checked, and vibration-table validated under ISO 9001 / IATF 16949. In-house weld/CNC/coat cells run ODM: track dB limit (SCORE/short-course), ceramic internal barrier, burnt-blue ti weld, laser/embossed logo, tip exit angle, private-label carton with QR trace, NDA fixture—so a race team gets an exhaust mapped to its lap profile and rulebook, not a louder trail can with a FUPOWER tag.
