For years, that's what we made — thousands of hoses for turbo intakes, intercooler piping, charge air and heater hoses, for every kind of vehicle: different car brands, motorcycles, water sports machines, and more.

That volume did more than build a business. It built an archive of production knowledge — what works, what fails, what tolerance holds. And in manufacturing, that archive is the real product. It's why we can say with confidence: the cutting is exact.

The Cutting Is Exact — Because of the Tools

Anyone can cut a silicone hose. Cutting it exactly — every time, in every batch — is another matter.

Over the years we've made a large number of molds and jigs, and those tools are what control our precision. A jig holds the hose in exactly the right position. A mold guarantees the same angle, the same length, the same result, hose after hose.

That's why our experience is our special advantage: it's not in our heads, it's in our tooling. Years of silicone production mean we design our own molds and put our production tools to work easily — so your part doesn't depend on a lucky day.

We produce hoses from high-quality silicone compound, which is why our hoses are stronger and more flexible than standard hose material. On top of that, we offer different quality levels, including constructions with inner reinforcement — a woven layer inside the silicone that makes the hose genuinely stronger, layer by layer.

Stronger material. Reinforcement where it's needed. That's a hose that holds boost, handles heat, and stays flexible where it has to bend.

Your engine bay is part of your build. We make silicone hoses in more than 10 colors — so the hose can match your car, your brand, or just your taste.

Your Pipe, Scanned and Prototyped

This is the process that sets us apart in custom silicone:

1. Send us your original hose — the sample or the design you want 2. We 3D scan it — our factory technical team captures the exact pipe data 3. We 3D print your sample — then you fit it into your engine to confirm the prototype is perfect 4. Small quantity first — we start production small to verify everything 5. Then mass production — once the part is proven, we scale it up

No guessing. No "close enough." The part is verified on your actual engine before we ever commit to a production run.

And in the cutting range, our competitive edge is the same loop: scan, compare, 3D-print the jig — so every cut is controlled by data, not by hand.

Beyond the Hose: The Complete System

Here's what years of silicone production taught us: a hose rarely works alone.

Sometimes your silicone hose needs a matching bracket — so we run our own CNC machines to make it. Sometimes the full system needs more than silicone — so in-house we make the complete part for you, including aluminum pipe and titanium pipe.

That means we can build the whole intake system — not just the flexible joints, but the rigid pipes and the hardware that ties them together. One factory, one QC standard, one project.
