Most Factories Do One Thing. We Do the Whole Thing.

Here's the reality of the aftermarket: most suppliers specialize in one material or one process. A silicone factory makes silicone. A carbon shop lays carbon. A welding shop welds metal. If your product needs two of those — and most performance products do — you suddenly have two suppliers, two shipping legs, two quality standards, and two sets of excuses.

Fupower owns four factories: exhaust, silicone, carbon fiber and pre-filter — with turbo piping running through our own lines. When your part needs silicone boots, a carbon tube and a welded bracket, it doesn't travel across the city or across the border. It moves between our own workshops, under our own QC.

That's what "complete production chain" actually means: one supplier for the entire part.

From Scan to Finished Line — All In-House

Most factories start at production. We start earlier.

When you bring us a vehicle or an idea, the process begins with our 3D scanner and 3D printer:

1. 3D scan — the real vehicle geometry is captured digitally; no guessing, no "close enough"
2. 3D print — the part is prototyped and physically verified before a single production step
3. Full production line — the verified design then moves through our own factory, finished entirely by us

Because every step happens in-house, we control the production details at every stage — and we can transfer your ideas, and even your feedback, into production quickly.

Other suppliers can't do that. If they don't own the process, they can't change it on your timeline.

Five Materials. One Supplier.

Most factories can produce one material — maybe two. Fupower produces five:

• Silicone — hoses, couplers, custom colorways
• Carbon fiber — dry carbon, hand-laid prepreg, autoclave-cured
• Titanium — intakes, exhausts, heat-treated finishes
• Aluminum — piping, brackets, intercooler components
• Stainless steel — exhaust systems and structural parts

One project. Five materials. One responsible supplier. That's not just convenient — it means the part is engineered as a system, not stitched together from random vendors.

When a factory owns its own production tools, it owns its quality. We can control every production tool and every production detail — because they're ours.

We accept small orders and mass production orders alike — and we especially protect you at the beginning. Starting a product line is the riskiest moment for any buyer: you're testing a supplier, a product, a market. We support that stage instead of penalizing it.

Even a sample is okay for us.

Because all production is finished by our own factory, we can afford to start small and grow with you. Your first order doesn't have to be a container. It has to be right.
