At Fupower, we operate four complete self‑owned factories covering exhaust systems, silicone hoses, carbon‑fiber components and performance air filters. We handle the whole production workflow in‑house, without third‑party outsourcing, to better control quality, lead‑time and product fitment.

Our workshop is equipped with professional 3D scanner and 3D‑printer equipment. We can scan your original OEM parts, print prototype samples and complete fitment verification before mass production. This process greatly reduces development risk for your custom projects.

We have rich experience in custom titanium exhaust and stainless‑steel exhaust projects. Our custom product range includes downpipes, mufflers, mid‑pipes and full catback exhaust systems. Multiple finish and color options are available for selection.

Take BMW G80 mid‑pipe projects as an example. We have developed 3‑4 different styles for our clients. We produce 4‑5‑inch diameter stainless‑steel mid‑pipes, available in titanium version, stainless‑steel version and catted downpipe versions. We also provide ceramic‑coated surface treatment for downpipes, supporting gray, gold, black and other custom coating colors.

We have completed numerous custom BMW exhaust projects, including catback exhausts for G80, G90, F80, B58 platforms.
