Most exhaust components are made from thin-walled stainless steel (typically less than 2 millimeters thick), which requires extreme precision to avoid burn-through, distortion, or weak welds. This is why we use TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding for all our critical joints.
By using argon to shield the weld pool from oxidation, our welders maintain complete control over heat input as they guide the torch along the seam. The result is a smooth, uniform, fully penetrated weld that seamlessly fuses stainless steel components—from mandrel-bent tubes to straight pipes, flanges to muffler housings—without compromising corrosion resistance or structural integrity.
