"If an exhaust is the lungs of a car, the bends are the airways. For maximum performance, those airways must be flawless." Today, in the seventh episode of our factory series, our founder Frank lead Jack into the heart of our Bending Department—the vital second step of our manufacturing process.

Following the precision of the first step (Laser Cutting), the bending stage is where raw tubing is transformed into high-performance geometries. At Fupower, we don't just bend pipes; we engineer the perfect, unrestricted path for exhaust gases and intake air to flow.

Step 2: Defining the Flow Path
As Jack witnessed during his visit, our bending facility is a powerhouse of activity. Bending is the bridge between a flat design and a 3D reality. To ensure world-class quality, we utilize CNC Mandrel Bending Technology for every system we build.

Unlike cheap "crush bending" that restricts airflow and creates turbulence, our mandrel system inserts a solid support rod inside the tube during the bend. This ensures:
