Behind the Scenes at the Fupower Factory | Meet the Founder and Learn About Our Journey (Episode 1)
Welcome to the first episode of our exclusive “Behind the Scenes at the Fupower Factory” series! In this brand-new 11-episode series, we’ve invited our international friend Jack to take an in-depth tour of Fupower’s brand-new, state-of-the-art production facility. Accompanied by the company’s founder, Jack will take a comprehensive and immersive tour of our specialized production facilities, factory layout, advanced processing equipment, high-end product lines, and overall work environment, gaining an in-depth understanding of the true capabilities behind Fupower’s high-performance aftermarket automotive parts.
Fupower, established in 2009, boasts over 15 years of professional manufacturing experience. Having evolved from a small processing workshop into a comprehensive industrial manufacturing enterprise, we have continuously expanded our production scale and enhanced our technical capabilities. Today, we operate three independent specialized factories, each dedicated to silicone hose production, high-performance exhaust system manufacturing, and carbon fiber automotive component processing. This integrated industrial layout enables us to independently handle R&D, production, and quality control for core automotive aftermarket parts, ensuring consistent product quality, flexible customization capabilities, and reliable delivery efficiency for our global customers.
To further elevate production standards and expand manufacturing capacity, Fupower recently moved into a brand-new facility with a total floor area of 100,000 square meters. The new factory is twice the size of our previous workshop, providing a more standardized, spacious, and professional production environment. The entire facility is divided into three floors, each featuring designated production zones and specialized processing equipment, enabling streamlined, standardized, and modular production operations.
In this inaugural tour episode, our founder will personally guide Jack through the core production workshops floor by floor. The first floor serves as the plant’s central precision machining area, equipped with a full suite of advanced automated industrial machinery, including specialized laser cutters, fully automatic mandrel tube benders, CNC press brakes, and high-precision cutting and forming equipment. All raw material cutting, tube forming, and metal forming processes are completed here. The fully automated processing equipment effectively enhances product precision, ensuring dimensional consistency for every tube and metal component, eliminating manual processing errors, and laying a solid foundation for the finished products’ high fit and durability.
The third floor houses our specialized welding and precision machining workshop, dedicated to all precision welding operations for exhaust pipes, intake pipes, and custom metal components. Here, experienced senior technicians perform precise TIG welding, weld bead polishing, and structural reinforcement. Strict welding standards and masterful craftsmanship ensure that every weld is smooth, strong, airtight, and pressure-resistant, effectively preventing issues such as air leaks, deformation, and damage in automotive components during long-term use under high temperatures and pressures.
During the tour, our founder also introduced our comprehensive product portfolio to the guests. Fupower specializes in the R&D and production of automotive intake and exhaust system components, covering a wide range of material specifications to meet the diverse modification and performance upgrade needs of various vehicle models. Our main product lines include SS304 stainless steel intake and exhaust pipes, lightweight aluminum alloy tubing, high-strength titanium alloy exhaust and intake components, multi-color customizable silicone hoses, and high-quality dry carbon fiber automotive parts. Whether for everyday street car modifications, high-performance sports car upgrades, or professional racing configurations, we provide high-quality, compatible components.
