This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory "main catalytic converters". This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or Aftermarket Turbo mid-pipes.
We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound.

Innovative 4.5" Single Midpipe Design: Strategically engineered to merge exhaust pulses into a massive, high-volume 4.5-inch (114mm) single-tube flow path. This design effectively eliminates the sound interference and harsh 'rasp' common in factory dual layouts, resulting in a deeper, smoother, and more resonant racing growl.
High-Flow Performance Downpipes: Manufactured from heavy-gauge SS304, our downpipes replace the restrictive factory catalytic converters. This is the mandatory hardware foundation for Stage 2+ software tuning, ensuring your twin-turbocharged straight-six breathes with zero backpressure.
Premium SS304 Construction: Every component is crafted from high-grade T304 stainless steel and meticulously hand-TIG welded with professional 'fish-scale' beads. Mandrel-bent tubing ensures a constant internal diameter for maximum volumetric efficiency.
100% Direct Fitment: Precision-molded specifically for the G8x chassis architecture. This is a direct bolt-on system that utilizes factory mounting positions and integrates seamlessly with both stock and aftermarket Valvetronic muffler systems.
