Specifically engineered for Ford 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel (1998–Early 1999, build date before 12/07/98). This is the Head-to-Spider (plenum to Y-pipe) intercooler boot kit, often called CAC (Charge Air Cooler) boots.
Factory rubber boots fail under high heat/boost—cracking, ballooning, blowing off, causing boost leaks, power loss, DTCs. Upgrade to 5‑ply reinforced silicone for extreme durability.

Titanium wall thickness 1.2mm, surface treatment for baking color treatment (baking blue/baking purple/baking gold).
Titanium 90° Mandrel Bends have a 1.2mm wall thickness. Bent from our 1.2mm thin wall commercially pure Grade 1 Titanium you won’t find a lighter and higher quality bend on the market. Each mandrel is individually bent, the ends are laser cut and then they are ultrasonically cleaned to provide a ready to weld solution right out of the package.
