- Integrated One-Piece Aluminum Structure Unlike factory bolted 3-piece coolers prone to coolant leaks, this unit is full TIG welded single housing made of lightweight 3003 aluminum, pressure tested to 3bar high boost without seepage.
- High-Efficiency Bar&Plate Cooling Core Upgraded dense bar-plate core vs OEM tube-fin design, larger heat exchange volume cuts intake air temperature sharply, less than 1psi airflow loss to avoid power drop at wide-open throttle.
- Left+Right Complete Matching Set Symmetric passenger/driver side coolers retain all OEM water ports, air inlet/outlet and mounting brackets; pre-reserved 1/8" NPT port for methanol injection on high-horsepower builds.
- 100% Drop-In OEM Fit Duplicated original chassis mounting geometry, compatible with stock cooling circuit, turbo charge pipes and front heat exchanger; no cutting or custom fabrication required during installation.
- Dual Street & Track Application Fix high-mileage OEM intercooler failure, and mandatory supporting mod for ECU remap, upgraded turbos and exhaust setups, sustain consistent horsepower during continuous circuit laps.
