Product description
The upgrade addresses the heat-soak problem directly: more internal surface area and greater coolant volume mean the system can absorb far more heat before temperatures rise, which matters most on tuned cars, in hot climates, and in repeated full-throttle use. Lower, more stable intake air temperatures let the ECU run its intended ignition advance instead of retarding it for protection, so the power the engine makes on the dyno is the power it keeps making on the road.

Construction is full aluminum with TIG-welded end tanks and a bar-and-plate core, pressure-tested before shipping. The kit mounts in the factory location using original brackets, coolant connections, and hardware -- no cutting, no fabrication, no tuning required. Fitment covers the C7 and C7.5 platforms: S6, S7, RS6, RS7, plus S8 and A8 with the 4.0T V8. Available in polished, black, or custom finishes. That's Fupower. Custom everything.
