DESCRIPTION:
Constructed of high grade 316 stainless steel. It mounts using your rear engine hook bolts and fits under the Yamaha engine
cover. Comes complete with hose and end fitting to attached to your crankcase breather tube.
The use of a catch can is important on supercharged engines as it prevents oily crankcase vapors from re entering your engine.
Oily residue coats your intercooler making it less efficient. Crankcase fumes also reduce the knock rating of your fuel. The use
of a catch can is important for any forced induction performance engine.
The 316 stainless steel can that mounts conveniently to your engine. This catch can provides superior crankcase ventilation and
acts as a reservoir to catch oil blow-by that would otherwise rob power. It is built to fit under the factory Yamaha engine cover
and comes complete with hose and fitting to attach to the OEM crankcase breather tube.
