Our intercooler features 3D CAD designed cast aluminum end tanks for improved flow in comparison to sheet metal end tanks. Our one peice seamless cast end tanks are also more durable than comparable sheet metal or multiple peice end tanks. Every intercooler is finished in a beautiful, uniform, bright silver coating which helps protect the intercooler from corrosion and ensures your intercooler holds up to the elements.

Massive Core Volume Increase: Features a high-density, oversized core (available in 5", 7", or 7.5" thicknesses) that provides up to 100% more frontal surface area and internal volume than the OEM unit. This allows for superior heat dissipation and effectively prevents power-robbing ignition timing retardation.
High-Efficiency Bar & Plate Design: Utilizes a specialized Bar and Plate core architecture that maximizes thermal exchange while maintaining minimal pressure drop across the induction system, ensuring your turbochargers work more efficiently.
Precision Cast Aluminum End Tanks: Unlike the restrictive factory plastic tanks that are prone to leaking under high boost, our intercooler features CAD-designed, fully TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks. These are internal-flow optimized to ensure balanced air distribution across the entire core.
Direct OEM Fitment (Stealth Look): 100% precision-molded to utilizing factory mounting points and hose connections (or included upgraded couplers). Designed for a straightforward installation that remains hidden behind the front bumper for a professional, 'stealth' appearance.
Performance Stability: Effectively lowers Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) by up to 25-35 degrees compared to stock, maintaining consistent power delivery and protecting your engine internals during aggressive driving.
