The product images show what we actually build: compact high-density front-mounts for the Fiesta ST and Focus ST, with cast end tanks that maximize core volume behind tight bumper openings. Oversized bar-and-plate units for the Focus RS and Mustang EcoBoost — stepped-core designs where vertical space is limited, flat-face cores where the grille opening allows. Heavy-duty intercoolers for the F-150 EcoBoost, built to handle sustained load at towing weights. Black thermal-dispersant coating across the range — functional, not cosmetic.
What We Control In-House:
Core — Bar-and-plate, available in stepped or flat profile. Thickness from 2.5" to 5". Fin density and internal turbulator design matched to your target boost level — dense pitch for high-boost street builds, optimized flow path for pressure drop under 1 psi.
End tanks — Cast aluminum for volume-critical cores where every cubic inch counts. CNC-machined billet for prototype or low-volume runs. TIG-welded sheet for custom one-off designs. Every tank is designed for bumper clearance and inlet/outlet routing on your specific Ford chassis — verified on a real car, not a CAD model.
Finish — Raw brushed, polished, or black thermal-dispersant coating that actively sheds heat (40%+ higher surface emissivity than bare aluminum).
Kit scope — Core only for shops running their own charge pipes. Full kit with multi-ply reinforced silicone hoses, stainless T-bolt clamps, and all mounting brackets — bolt-on ready for the end customer.
