Product description
Every SS304 BMW downpipe we produce shares the same DNA. CNC-machined flanges specific to the turbine housing of the target engine -- V-band for the S58 and B58, 3-bolt triangular for the N20 and B48, 4-bolt for the N55, each pattern surfaced flat to the micron. Mandrel-bent 1.5-millimeter SS304 tubing that maintains diameter through every bend from the turbo flange to the catback adapter. O2 sensor bungs positioned at the factory angle in the factory location, clearing the firewall, the steering linkage, and every piece of factory heat shielding. A braided stainless flex section integrated at the exact point of maximum engine rock, absorbing movement without transferring stress to the turbo housing or the exhaust hangers. TIG welded under full argon back-purge so the internal seams are as clean as the external ones.

B48 and B46 four-cylinders from the F-chassis and G-chassis 330i, two different part numbers because the chassis changed and the routing changed with it. B58 inline-sixes in Gen 1, Gen 2, and Gen 3 -- M240i, M340i, M440i, Supra A90, G70 7-series, each with its own flange geometry and its own downpipe profile. S55 twin-turbo sixes from the F80 M3 and F82 M4. S58 twin-turbo sixes from the G80 M3, G82 M4, G87 M2, F97 X3M, and F98 X4M. S63 twin-turbo V8s from the F90 M5, F85 X5M, and F95 X5M. S68 mild-hybrid twin-turbo V8s from the G90 M5. Every generation. Every chassis code. Every engine variant. One material. One factory.
