Made from premium thick-wall T304 stainless steel with full mandrel bent smooth tubing & precision back-purged TIG welding to eliminate airflow turbulence and drastically cut exhaust backpressure, unlocking hidden power of S63 motor. Professional high-temperature baked ceramic coating forms durable thermal barrier, locks exhaust heat inside pipe to raise exhaust gas velocity, accelerate turbo spool speed and lower underhood surface temperature by up to 30%, effectively protect nearby wiring, rubber hoses and plastic components from radiant heat damage vs ordinary uncoated downpipe or exhaust wrap.
Available in two versions: Catless Race Spec (for off-road/track use, max airflow & loud aggressive exhaust tone) or 200Cell High Flow Sport Cat (street legal option, minimize CEL risk, retain civilized cruising sound). Dyno verified +45~75 HP & +55~90 ft-lbs torque after ECU tuning, sharper instant throttle response and deeper sporty exhaust rumble under wide open throttle without annoying highway drone. CNC machined turbo flange matches factory mounting position perfectly, complete V-band clamps, gaskets and installation hardware included for direct bolt-on installation without cutting or chassis modification.
