Top-mount bar-and-plate units for Subaru EJ and FA engines. High-density front-mounts for Ford EcoBoost and Nissan VR/VQ platforms. Compact water-to-air cores with integrated silicone hose kits for Sea-Doo and Yamaha PWC. Same factory. Same welders. Same standard.
What We Control In-House:
Core design — Bar-and-plate or tube-and-fin. Stepped, flat, or custom-profile. Core thickness from 2.5" to 7.5". Fin density specified to your target boost level and ambient conditions.
End tanks — Cast aluminum, CNC-machined billet, or TIG-welded sheet. Design optimized for inlet/outlet position, internal airflow distribution, and bumper clearance on your target chassis.
Finish — Raw brushed, polished, or black thermal-dispersant coating that actually sheds heat (not just paint).
Kit contents — Core only, or full kit with multi-ply silicone charge pipes, T-bolt clamps, and mounting brackets — all designed to your spec.
Send the spec. Vehicle platform, target boost, core dimensions (or send a sample — we will reverse-engineer).
We prototype. CNC end tanks, weld the core, fixture-check on a real chassis.
You approve. Photos, fitment video, pressure-test data — before production starts.
We produce. Your logo on the core, your branded silicone hoses, your packaging.
