FUPOWER replaces the stock plastic turbo inlet with a CNC mandrel-bent T304 hard pipe or autoclave dry carbon tube—bead-rolled ends, back-purged TIG on metal version, 3K twill pre-preg cured 120°C/6–8 bar on carbon—engineered from 3D-scanned 2017+ X3 Turbo/R chassis so the MAF seat, turbo flange (M10/M12 or V-band), and hose lands match OEM with zero spring-back. Inner wall is bore-polished (metal) or mold-smooth (carbon) to kill the turbulence that stock cast plastic seeds, lifting volumetric efficiency ~6–9% pre-intercooler and sharpening spool on 900 ACE. Every pipe is pressure-leak tested to 80 PSI class, thermal-cycled, and scan-validated under ISO 9001 / IATF 16949. In-house CNC/autoclave/layup cell runs ODM: diameter (3.0"/3.5"), BOV port, flange spec, carbon weave (plain/twill/forged), laser/embossed logo, anodized clamp, private-label carton, NDA tooling—so tuners get an intake pipe spec’d to their turbo kit and boost ceiling, not a resold aluminum tube with a FUPOWER tag.
