This frame is taken from our pre-filter workshop — the fourth production line in Fupower's four-factory ecosystem. A few details worth noticing:
The sewing station. On the left, one of our operators is working at an industrial sewing machine, joining the filter fabric into finished covers. This isn't outsourced stitching — pre-filter covers are sewn on our own floor, by our own team, to our own standard.
The dust extraction unit. Wall-mounted on the right, with a thick hose running down. Fabric cutting and sewing generate airborne fibers, and a serious workshop controls that environment. Same philosophy as our spray booth, our PPE standards, and everything else we've shown you — the process hygiene is part of the product.
The packaged inventory. Tan filter frames and covers, sealed in plastic bags, waiting on the wall. Production that runs continuously means stock that ships immediately.
Why Pre-Filter Covers Matter
A pre-filter cover does three jobs:
- Extends filter life dramatically — by up to 4-5x in dusty operating conditions. The coarse pre-filter fabric catches the big stuff; the main filter only handles what slips through
- Protects the filter media from physical damage — stones, branches, bug strikes, and mud impact hit the cover instead of the pleats
- Adds a service interval you can handle in the field — you can blow out or wash the cover between filter changes, keeping downtime minimal on a working vehicle
