What "Custom" Means at Fupower

Custom doesn't mean "we'll figure it out." It means a complete, in-house capability chain that starts with your part and ends with a finished product:

Exhaust — mandrel bending, TIG welding, hydraulic forming, titanium and stainless fabrication from raw pipe stock to finished system.

Silicone hoses — multi-ply reinforced intake and charge hoses, in your color, to your routing.

Carbon fiber — laid up, cured, clear-coated in our own line, with UV protection and fitment verification.

Pre-filters — custom air filter pre-filter covers, sewn and assembled in our own workshop.

Casting — custom cast components from your drawing or sample, with post-cast CNC machining.

CNC production — precision machining that finishes the parts to exact tolerance.

That's the full range. Not a catalog — a capability.

The Verification Chain: Scan → Design → Print → Verify → Produce

Here's the part that separates Fupower from a workshop with a website: every custom project passes through a verification chain before any production commitment.

1. We scan your original part or your sample with our 3D scanner — the real-world geometry becomes a digital model
2. Our engineers design the new part against that scanned reality
3. We 3D print a full-size prototype — days, not weeks
4. We verify the fitment — the prototype is tested against the real installation point
5. Only then do we produce — in our own four factories, under our own standard

No surprises. No costly rework. Your part is proven before it's made.

What We Need From You

The barrier to starting your project is as low as it gets: send us your sample or your drawing.

• Have a part that needs replicating or improving? Send the sample — we scan it.
• Have an idea on paper? Send the drawing — we engineer it.
• Don't have either? Describe the problem — we'll work out the geometry with you.

From there, our own team — our own engineers, our own factories — takes it to a finished product.
