Built from autoclave-cured prepreg 3K twill (6–8 bar, high-temp cure), the non-conductive carbon wall blocks turbo/radiator radiant heat from soaking the charge air, while the smooth hand-laid bore removes the turbulence of molded plastic elbows. Every piece is 3D-scanned on 2017+ X3 Turbo / RR chassis to seat on OEM mounts, MAF bosses, and hose lands—bolt-on, no fabrication.
