FUPOWER treats the 2024+ Maverick R (Rotax 999T triple-turbo) as one integrated power system, not a parts list. Our upgrade stack—dust-proof snorkel intake + bar-plate front-mount intercooler + 5-ply aramid charge hoses + T304/titanium free-flow exhaust + billet oil catch can—is co-developed on 3D-scanned chassis​ across our 4 in-house facilities (183,067 sq.ft, 6,600+ jigs)​ under ISO 9001 / IATF 16949. CFD-tuned flow paths cut IAT by 30–40°C and drop backpressure ~20%, translating to sharper spool, +12–18 WHP and +15–22 lb-ft typical on stock tune, with bigger gains on Stage 1/2. Every batch is pressure-leak, heat-cycle, and salt-spray validated—no trading-supplier drift.
