This all-aluminum radiator solves stock plastic tank cracking and heat soak issues on G-series BMW:
Full Heavy-Duty Aluminum Build
Entire unit made of 6061-T6 aluminum with full TIG welding, no brittle plastic end tanks. Anti-leak, anti-warp, far more durable than OEM radiator under high-load track conditions.
Oversized Dual-Row High Flow Core
Thicker dual-row core with multi-louver cooling fins, larger coolant volume than factory single-row radiator. Effectively lower engine operating temperature, prevent ECU timing pull during sustained high-speed or track driving.
OEM Exact Plug-and-Play Fit
CNC-machined mounting brackets, inlet/outlet quick connectors match original positions, compatible with factory fan shroud, cooling hoses and transmission oil cooler lines, no cutting or modification required.
Wide Powertrain Compatibility
Fits G20 330i/330i xDrive, 330e hybrid, G29 Z4 30i/M40i, all B48 2.0L and B58 3.0L turbo models from 2019 onwards. Works for stock daily cars and Stage 1/2 tuned builds.
