Audi intercoolers are not one-size-fits-all. A B8 S4 needs twin side-mounts that clear the crash bar. A B9 RS5 demands a front-mount stepped core that fills every millimeter behind the grille. An 8V RS3 wants a direct replacement that drops IATs without cutting the bumper. One SKU does not serve these three platforms. One factory does. We cast the end tanks. We weld the cores. How We Work With You. Tell us the chassis and target boost. Or ship us a factory unit and we reverse-engineer from your baseline. We CNC the end tanks -- cast aluminum for volume production, billet for low-volume or prototype runs. We TIG weld the core under argon back-purge, pressure-test on both the charge air and coolant circuits where applicable, and fixture-check every mounting point on a real vehicle. No CAD-only fits. No "close enough" tolerances. You get photos, video, and pressure-test data before a single unit ships.
