From the images: stepped-core front-mounts for E8X/E9X N54/N55 with cast aluminum end tanks that maximize core volume behind the factory bumper beam. Oversized bar-and-plate units for F-chassis B58 and S55 applications. Compact high-density cores for N20 and B48 four-cylinder platforms. Black thermal-dispersant coating across the range — not paint, but a functional coating that actually sheds heat.
What We Control In-House:
Core — Bar-and-plate, stepped or flat profile. Thickness from 2.5" to 7.5". Fin density matched to your target application: tighter pitch for high-boost builds, optimized internal turbulators for pressure drop under 1 psi.
End tanks — Cast aluminum for volume-critical stepped cores. CNC-machined billet for low-volume / prototype runs. TIG-welded sheet for custom one-off designs. Every tank is designed for your specific chassis — bumper clearance, crash bar clearance, inlet/outlet routing all verified on a real car.
Finish — Raw brushed, polished, or black thermal-dispersant coating. The coating is not cosmetic — it increases surface emissivity by 40%+ over bare aluminum, actually improving heat rejection at speed.
Kit scope — Core only for shops that build their own piping. Full kit with multi-ply reinforced silicone charge pipes, stainless T-bolt clamps, and all mounting brackets — drop-in ready for your customer.
