Maverick 1000R Turbo Charge Tube Kit 

2015-2017 - all 1000R Turbo Models: XRS / XDS / Max

Why Silicone. We use 4-ply or 5-ply reinforced silicone (configured to your spec) with an oil-resistant inner liner. Unlike the factory plastic tubes, silicone absorbs vibration without flexing under pressure — keeping the charge path rigid when it counts, compliant when the chassis twists. Smooth internal walls reduce turbulence; larger-than-stock inner diameter improves flow without requiring a retune.

Built-In Blow Off Valve Mount. The kit includes a pre-welded BOV flange, ready to accept your aftermarket blow-off valve. No cutting, no drilling, no adapter plates — bolt your BOV on and hear the compressor surge vent instead of hammering your turbo bearings.

This charge tube is unique in that it gives you two options for mounting a blow off valve

1) hidden and mounted underneath the intercooler
2) in the open through a hold in your side intercooler cover.
This kit is pretty easy to install but does require tapping and installing an access port into your aluminum intake manifold using the supplied brass fitting if you do want to plumb in a blow off valve.
