Improve reliability and performance by replacing the Intercooler Tubing and OEM blow off valve for your Sea-Doo 325 watercraft! Fits all Sea-Doo RXP 325 and RXT 325 models. Adding the 50mm blow off valve will help drastically reduce back pressure and take stress off of the supercharger components.
Upgrade your Sea-Doo 325 (RXP-X/RXT-X/GTX) with this high-strength titanium intercooler tubing kit paired with a genuine TiAL blow-off valve. Factory rubber hoses swell under boost, cause leaks, heat soak and compressor surge, hurting reliability and power. Our aerospace-grade titanium alloy tubing delivers lightweight strength, superior heat dissipation and smooth internal airflow to reduce pressure drop and lower intake temperatures.
The included TiAL 50mm BOV rapidly vents excess boost on throttle lift, preventing compressor surge and protecting the supercharger. Kit includes precision CNC titanium pipes, multi-ply reinforced silicone couplers, stainless steel constant-tension clamps and vacuum fittings. Direct OEM fit, bolt-on installation, no modifications needed; works with stock or aftermarket intercoolers. Improves throttle response, stabilizes boost pressure, prevents heat fade and extends supercharger life for aggressive riding and high-boost applications.
