Molded from the factory panel with our 3D-scanning workflow, so the carbon hood matches the stock silhouette exactly: the aggressive center bulge, the vent lines, the fender transitions all carry over. The dry carbon construction saves roughly 60% of the weight of the plastic original, shifting the mass balance of a machine that already lives or dies by its center of gravity.
Cured in an autoclave from prepreg 3K twill -- uniform wall thickness, zero internal voids, UV-stabilized clear coat that holds its gloss under full desert sun. Glossy or matte finish.
