Different from early N63/N63TU engines, N63R adopts upgraded MAF sensors, so our intake matches dedicated CNC machined MAF housing for perfect signal output without fault codes. Two main pipe material options available: premium autoclave 3K matte dry carbon fiber tube or 6-ply reinforced high-temp silicone piping.
Front-facing dual high-flow cone filters relocate behind front kidney grilles, drawing constant cool ambient air to cut heat soak drastically, solving power drop caused by hot engine bay air. Smooth mandrel bent pipe inner walls remove OEM airbox airflow restriction. Complete kit includes twin intake runners, washable performance air filters, stainless hose clamps, mounting brackets and all hardware, plug-and-play install without bumper/chassis cutting, fully reversible back to stock.
Dyno verified power gains, sharper throttle response and aggressive turbo induction sound, perfectly matched with ceramic coated downpipe, full exhaust and ECU Stage tuning for G Series V8 BMW.

Titanium 90° Mandrel Bends have a 1.2mm wall thickness. Bent from our 1.2mm thin wall commercially pure Grade 1 Titanium you won’t find a lighter and higher quality bend on the market. Each mandrel is individually bent, the ends are laser cut and then they are ultrasonically cleaned to provide a ready to weld solution right out of the package.
