Factory N63R plastic charge pipes are prone to cracking and boost leaks under heat and load. This upgrade replaces them with CNC 6061 aluminum main pipes + 6‑ply reinforced silicone couplers, rated for 40+ psi boost and extreme underhood temperatures.

Titanium 90° Mandrel Bends have a 1.2mm wall thickness. Bent from our 1.2mm thin wall commercially pure Grade 1 Titanium you won’t find a lighter and higher quality bend on the market. Each mandrel is individually bent, the ends are laser cut and then they are ultrasonically cleaned to provide a ready to weld solution right out of the package.
