INTERCOOLER HOSE KIT ,HOT SIDE AND COLD SIDE KIT

This all-in-one hot & cold side silicone intercooler hose kit is engineered as an essential performance & reliability upgrade exclusively for Ford Ranger Raptor fitted with factory 2.0L Bi-Turbo twin turbo diesel powertrain, widely used for daily commute, heavy towing and harsh off-road adventure scenarios.

Original factory EPDM rubber intercooler hoses suffer from inevitable aging defects after long-term underhood thermal cycling: continuous high boost and engine bay heat make stock rubber soften, bulge under pressure, develop hidden cracks and cause persistent boost leakage, resulting in unstable boost pressure, delayed turbo spool, dropping power output and worsened fuel consumption, especially after ECU stage 1/2 tuning or frequent off-road heavy-duty driving.

Our upgrade hoses adopt high-grade fluorine added pure silicone compound with internal steel wire + 6-layer polyester fabric reinforced structure, effectively limiting hose expansion under high boost below 10% vs over 30% expansion of original rubber parts, fully eliminating air swell and boost blowout issues. The material boasts wide working temperature range from -60°C to 260°C, outstanding resistance to engine oil vapor, ozone corrosion and UV aging, far outperforming OEM rubber’s 125°C max heat limit to adapt extreme high-temperature turbo working environment.

Precision CNC molded following original OEM hose contour and mounting dimension, perfectly matching factory quick-connect ends and clip positions to realize true bolt-on direct fitment; no trimming, pipe bending or custom fabrication required during installation. Multiple aesthetic color selections (gloss black, bright red, royal blue) satisfy different engine bay styling demands for modified pickup owners. Every finished hose passes strict hydraulic high-pressure leakage testing before leaving factory, complete set includes full set of anti-rust stainless steel T-bolt clamps to lock connection tightly for long-term leak-free service.

After replacing factory rubber hoses with our silicone kit, owners gain consistent stable boost across full RPM range, remarkably faster twin-turbo spool speed and sharper throttle response; ideal upgrade for stock daily-driven Raptor and tuned off-road build aiming for reliable boost holding and extended piping service lifespan.
