Upgrade your Early 1999 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke F‑250/F‑350 Super Duty (production date before December 7, 1998, 2-inch intake plenums) with this heavy‑duty 5‑ply aramid‑reinforced silicone CAC (Charge Air Cooler) intercooler boot kit. Factory rubber boots degrade from heat, oil and boost pressure, causing leaks, power loss, higher EGT and poor throttle response.
Our high‑temp silicone boots resist oil, heat and pressure, rated for extreme diesel conditions. Direct bolt‑on fitment matching OEM mounting points; includes all necessary boots and stainless steel T‑bolt clamps for complete installation. Fix boost leaks, restore lost power, improve turbo efficiency and reduce exhaust gas temperatures. Ideal for stock, daily driving and moderately tuned 7.3L Powerstroke applications.
