We have developed an intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2017-2019 6.7L Powerstroke for customers looking to upgrade both cold-side and hot-side Powerstroke intercooler pipes at the same time!
Upgrade to the Powerstroke performance parts kit for increased reliability, durability, and performance. The pipes are constructed of mandrel-bent aluminum with a polished finish and eliminate restrictive bends in the factory design. This allows for improvements in airflow, power, and lowers EGTs. This intercooler pipe and boot kit is a direct factory fit, retaining all factory emissions components, and it does not require the use of a tuner to work. This kit includes Silicone Boots. Compared to normal silicone, we provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel contamination, and effects oil has on rubber or silicone parts. This effectively increases the life of boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. We ensure reliability for our Intercooler Pipe kits by including Constant-Tension T-Bolt Clamps for consistent holding firepower.

Titanium 90° Mandrel Bends have a 1.2mm wall thickness. Bent from our 1.2mm thin wall commercially pure Grade 1 Titanium you won’t find a lighter and higher quality bend on the market. Each mandrel is individually bent, the ends are laser cut and then they are ultrasonically cleaned to provide a ready to weld solution right out of the package.
