Built for all Can-Am Gen2 ATV displacements from 570cc to 1000cc, this two-in-one exhaust kit combines a performance stainless header and custom muffler adapter to replace restrictive stock manifolds.

FITMENT:Can-Am Outlander G2 and Renegade G2
All tubing uses thick-wall 304 stainless steel with smooth mandrel bending to eliminate airflow bottlenecks, paired with full TIG welded seams that resist cracking under constant off-road vibration and mud corrosion. The matched slip-on adapter solves fitment gaps between aftermarket mufflers and stock header outlets, eliminating air leaks that sap engine power.
Every flange, mounting tab and adapter size follows original vehicle CAD data, supporting direct bolt-on installation without frame modification. The optimized exhaust path delivers stronger low-speed pulling power for steep trails and muddy terrain, while producing a deep, sporty exhaust tone without harsh high-pitched drone.
