FUPOWER builds Can-Am Maverick (X3 / R / XRS) race exhausts with true CNC mandrel bending—not crush-bent or sectional-welded tubing that chokes flow at every elbow. Using T304 stainless or Gr2 titanium, every primary, mid-pipe, and tail section is bent on programmable rotary draw machines to hold a constant inner diameter, then argon back-purged TIG welded with CNC-machined V-band/flange interfaces scanned from actual Maverick chassis. The result: zero flow restriction at the bends, sharper turbo spool, +12–15 HP typical on stock 900 ACE turbo, and a deep race tone without highway drone.
