Polaris RZR 900 S 1000 turbo Intake Tube 4% HP Increase 15-17 Aluminum
Velocity Stack Advantage. The CNC-machined aluminum adapter features a true velocity stack profile — a smooth, tapered bellmouth that accelerates airflow into the intake tube with minimal turbulence. No sharp edges, no abrupt diameter changes. Just a clean, laminar air column feeding every combustion cycle.
Built for the Trail. The aluminum intake tube won't crack under chassis flex like plastic alternatives. The high-flow filter is oiled and reusable — service it between rides and it's good for the life of the machine. Clamps are stainless; hardware is included; everything bolts to factory mounting points.

This air filter system seals tightly and will not easily allow dirt/sand into your intake tract like the stock airbox system. For an additional power increase you can upgrade this to a full intake system replacing your stock airbox.

- Replaces your factory plastic intake tube from the throttle body to airbox with our mandrel bent and ultra-light aluminum intake tube. Very easy to install with a consistent power increase.
- On a stock RZR with only an open exhaust this intake made an additional 2 horsepower throughout the acceleration range with a consistent increase in torque. This equals out to consistently faster acceleration from stopped to the rev limit!
